A Brooklyn mechanic you can count on
The shop comes to you, and so does a straight answer. Every job gets the same care, whether it's an oil change or a bigger fix.
Arrive on time
You pick the window, we're there when we say. No waiting around for a tow truck or a shop that runs late.
Straight pricing
You get the estimate before work starts, and the price you're quoted is the price you pay. No surprises on the bill.
No upselling
If your car doesn't need it, we won't push it. Just honest advice on what's urgent and what can wait.
Done right the first time
We take the time to do each job properly, so you're not back in a week with the same problem.
Explain what I fixed
After the job, you'll know what was wrong, what we did, and what to keep an eye on next. Plain language, no jargon.
Neighbors who call us back, again and again
The most reliable sign we're doing right: people in Brooklyn answer the phone when we call, and they call us back when their car needs attention.
GearHaven came to my place in Park Slope on a Sunday. Oil change done in the driveway while I made coffee. That's the kind of service you stick with.
James Okafor
Homeowner, Park Slope
My alternator died and I couldn't get to a shop. GearHaven showed up with the right parts and had me back on the road in a couple hours.
Lena Petrova
Nurse, Carroll Gardens
They don't try to sell you things you don't need. Just honest work at a fair price. That's rare, and I appreciate it.
